Food Vendor Applications

Food Vendor Applications Are Closed

Due to high interest in food vending at Juneteenth, applications are closed as of April 30.

Vendors who applied before April 30, 2026, and did not pay their fees are being placed on a wait list until fees are paid. Pay before May 9.

We have a limited amount of space for food vendors. All food vendors must submit their complete vendor packet by May 30, 2026, (Juneteenth application, Solano County Food Permit, proof of liability insurance, and current business license) to be assigned a space.

Contact the Juneteenth Committee before submitting an application.

Applications submitted without pre-approval maybe placed on a wait list and reviewed for approval on a first come first served basis. We will try to avoid duplication when approving vendors and may ask that you revise your menu.

For pre-approval, contact Angela Jones via text (707) 322-5748 or email aafrc@vallejojuneteenth.com

After you receive approval, submit the Vallejo Juneteenth application before April 30, 2026. Apply online here.

Apply for a food vendor permit from the Solano County Department of Resource Management. Return your application and fee directly to the Department of Resource Management. Apply here.

All special event food vendors operating at an approved community event are required to submit a complete application and payment at least two weeks prior to the start of the event or a 50% penalty maybe assesseday. Late applications may not be approved.

Applications or payments received less than 14 days before the event will be assessed a 50% late fee. After that date, applicants may not receive approval to operate.

Be sure to read the important information for mobile and booth vendors on the County website here.
