Applications for participating as a vendor or exhibitor will close at midnight Sunday, June 11, 2023! Sorry, we cannot make any exceptions beyond this deadline. We cannot accept any food vendors.
Completed applications may only be submitted online. Click the How to Apply tab. Application fees must be paid in full under the correct category for the type of organization/business and product or service you will offer at the event. Liability insurance must be purchased or proof of insurance must be provided when the application is submitted. Please read and follow the insurance requirements carefully
When your application and fees are submitted, we will be notified when it is received.

This year's event will feature a parade in downtown Vallejo from 9am to 10:30am. To participate, fill out the parade application. Deadline to apply is June 2, 2023. There is no entry fee.

Juneteenth Festival & Parade

Everyone is welcome!
The parade begins at 9 a.m. at Broadway and Tennessee, turns left on Sonoma Boulevard and right on Virginia Street where participants will be viewed by dignitaries in the grandstand in front of the Empress Theatre and introduced by the parade announcer, Mr. Cortez Quinn, then continue on to the end of the route at Sacramento Street. Some participants will perform for the dignitaries when they reach the grandstand. The parade route is approximately 1 mile.
After the parade, everyone is invited to head to the waterfront for the Juneteenth Festival which starts at 11 a.m.
